Genesis has a heart for helping others navigate their way through the hustle and bustle of everyday life. She takes her own personal and professional experiences and mentors on a mission to empower career-minded individuals to get out there at make the most of their circumstances. She teaches time management, balancing priorities, and setting clear boundaries to be more efficient, productive and successful. She never stops learning and growing, and challenges her clients to do the same. I’ve signed up for more than one round of Genesis’ coaching sessions and I know it won’t be my last.

Recently had the opportunity to have Genesis come to our Fire Department and provide training to our members. She did an outstanding job of presenting the material, but more importantly, she listened to our needs and crafted the training to better suit our needs. She brought her customer service experience from the business world to buttress our customer service from the fire service side. She was easy to work with and allowed our members to feel comfortable during the team building training also. Great to work with!!

Genesis provided an empowering presentation to Federal Bureau of Prisons staff at the Administrative United States Penitentiary, Thomson, IL, in September 2018. When asked to be a keynote speaker, she took the time to customize her presentation while focusing on goal setting, communication, relationship building and leadership skills for a very diverse group. The valuable take aways motivated and impacted staff greatly. Genesis’ passion for people development truly shines through her words and professionalism.
